Abstract:In order to solve the practical problem of the line disruption due to the frequent winter snow cover in one section of Inner Mongolia, a track snow removal vehicle is designed and researched. Taking the selfdeveloped track snow removal vehicle as the research object, the related structure of the track snow removal vehicle of hydraulic system was analyzed, and designed the hydraulic system of the snow removal device. According to the performance index of the snow removal vehicle, the parameters of the main components of the track snow removal hydraulic system were designed. On this basis, the hydraulic numerical analysis software Automation Studio was used to numerically analyze the hydraulic system of the removing snow device of track snow removal vehicle. The numerical analysis curve was visually displayed of the flow, rotation speed and pressure of the collection of setting of throwing motor and steering motor. Compared the measured parameter values with numerical analysis results, both the absolute value of the maximum relative error was less than 12%. Field tests show that the snow removal height of the snow removal vehicle is greater than 3 m, the snow removal width is greater than 3.5 m, and the snow removal lift is greater than 10 m. The performance of the snow removal hydraulic system is stable and meets the design requirements of the snow removal vehicle.
