    摘要:

    铲运机是现代矿山开采的重要运输设备,工作与转向液压系统是整机“L”形铲装循环的核心单元,该液压系统采用双泵合流技术。根据工作与转向液压系统的结构特点和工作特性,基于Automation Studio采用图形物理化建模,对液压工作系统中变量泵、各油路油管、阀体、缸等重要单体部件进行参数设置,对液压泵在各工况下进、出口压力分布,功率消耗,各子系统的速度等进行分析,验证工作泵、转向泵压力的合理性并对其工作特性进行分析。结果可知:在各个工况下,工作油泵和转向油泵的压力变化均在系统安全阀调定压力范围内;工作油泵和转向油泵的功率最大消耗发生在铲运机铲装掘起工况,高达170 kW;同时动臂在满载举升工况的情况下,也需要较大的能量。分析结果为进一步研究各工况下的功率、扭矩分配提供理论基础。

    Abstract:

    The LHD is an important transportation equipment for modern mining, and the work and steering hydraulic system is the core unit of the entire“L”type shovel,in which the dualpump confluence technologyis adopted. According to the structural characteristics and working characteristics of the work and steering hydraulic system, based on the graphical physical modeling of Automation Studio, the parameters of the variable pump, oil pipeline, valve body, cylinder and other important components in the hydraulic working system were built. The hydraulic pump’s inlet and outlet pressure distributions, power consumption, and speeds of various subsystems were analyzed under various operating conditions to verify the rationality of the working pump and steering pump pressure and to analyze their working characteristics. The results show that the pressure changes of the working oil pump and the steering oil pump are within the set pressure range of the system safety valve under various working conditions; the maximum power consumption of the working oil pump and the steering oil pump occurs during the scraper shoveling and digging working conditions, up to 170 kW. At the same time, the boom requires a large amount of energy under full-load lifting conditions.The analysis results provide a theoretical basis for further study of power and torque distribution under various operating conditions.
