    摘要:

    为了快速、准确地检测出SF6/N2混合气体各组分浓度,考虑微量空气的渗入对其影响,给出了一种恒温控制下基于微流量热导传感器的SF6/N2浓度检测方法,并结合电化学传感器的微量O2浓度检测原理,设计出了应用于现场分析的混合气体各组分浓度检测的整体方案,并对其进行了实验验证。实验结果表明:在传感器有效测试浓度范围内,此系统检测精度高(全量程平均测量误差 ±1% 以内)、响应速度快、重复性好、性能稳定。

    Abstract:

    In order to detect quickly and accurately the concentration of components of SF6/N2 gas mixture, a method based on microfluidic thermal conductivity sensor under the control of constant temperature is given, taking into account the influence of trace air infiltration on it, and with the principle of trace O2 concentration detection based on electrochemical sensor, the whole scheme of concentration detection of gas mixture used in field assay was designed and verified. The experimental results show that the system has high detection accuracy (±1% of the whole measurement error) within the effective test concentration range of the sensor. The response speed is fast, the repeatability is good and the performance is stable.
