    摘要:

    我国舰艇导弹发射装置开关盖部分一直以来均采用液压系统配合以开环单向控制的方式执行动作,造成动作精度无法保证,成为制约系统发展的一个重要原因。为提高开关盖过程的控制精度,以电液位置力闭环控制系统为控制对象,利用延时补偿解决换向阀换向过程中的液压冲击问题,利用三状态控制器提高动作精度。对设计的控制器进行实验,利用两液压缸分别模拟开关盖过程中的动作和井盖重力引起的干扰力,实现对干扰的抑制,提高动作精度。实验表明:该控制策略能够很好地提高开关盖的动作精度。

    Abstract:

    In the process of scanning and jump selection of laser generator, the rationality of the hopping sequence of laser scanning was not considered. In order to solve this problem, a laser generator based on probability model was designed. The causes of the jump power consumption in the scanning process of laser generator was analyzed. A scanning jump selection model based on probability was designed. The probability analysis of the jump threshold and sequence in laser scanning detection was carried out by using probability statistics method. The detection vector and the laser scanning unit arrangement method were used to re-sort the scanning sequence, so as to reduce the unnecessary jump power of laser generator. A low energy saving design was achieved. Experimental results show that the proposed method can reduce the scanning jump of the laser generator and realize the energy saving control. It has high control efficiency and accuracy.
