    摘要:

    针对传统小型打磨机重量较重,工人劳动强度大的问题,设计一种以空心杆件为机架主体的小型打磨机,达到减重目的;根据材料力学的基本理论,对实心杆件和空心杆件的刚度进行对比分析;利用SolidWorks Simulation进行强度和刚度的分析,以验证轻量化后的机架符合使用要求。

    Abstract:

    Since the traditional small grinding machines have some shortcoming such as heavy weight and high working load for workers, a smallscale grinding machine with the main frame of hollow rod is proposed and designed in this paper to reduce the weight; Based on the basic theory of mechanics of materials, solid and hollow rods are compared for analysis; the strength and stiffness are anatomized through adopting the SolidWorks Simulation as to verify whether the frame with reduced weight satisfies the applying requirements.
