Hydraulic tank is the main cooling system in hydraulic system, its cooling effect directly affects system performance. Based on the poor heat dissipation performance of hydraulic system, according to the temperature rise of hydraulic oil, the heat transfer performance of hydraulic tank was simulated by ANSYS thermal module, and the phase change silica gel materia was proposed to package the fuel tank side to improve the heat transfer performance. The simulation results show that this measure can increase the heat transfer rate of the hydraulic oil tank and reduce the oil tank temperature to a more suitable value.
