    摘要:

    液压缸缓冲过程中的流动问题属于多体做相对运动的非定常流动,会对液压缸的工作性能及液压系统的稳定性产生影响。采用基于动网格技术的三维非稳态CFD方法,对液压缸缓冲过程进行数值模拟,分析缓冲过程对缓冲性能的影响。结果表明:采用带缓冲环的缓冲结构形式会在缓冲环后部区域形成旋涡区,使油液对活塞的阻碍作用增强,活塞的减速度变小,有利于缓冲;然后采用变参分析法研究不同的缓冲结构参数对缓冲性能的影响,分析结果能够为液压缸缓冲结构的优化设计提供指导。

    Abstract:

    The cushioning process of hydraulic cylinder belongs to unsteady flow of multiple relative motion, and also the performance of cushioning process will affect working characteristics of hydraulic cylinder. A three dimensional (3D) and timeaccurate Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) based on moving grid technique is used. The cushioning process of hydraulic cylinder was numerically simulated, and the influence of cushioning structure on cushioning characteristics was analyzed. The results show that the cushioning structure with cushioning ring forms a complicated vortex zone behind the cushioning ring, which will increase the obstruction effect of oil to the piston. Then the variable parameter analysis method is used to study the impact of different cushioning structure parameters on the cushioning characteristics. The analysis results are helpful for the optimal design of the hydraulic cylinders cushioning structure.
