Abstract:Focusing on technical difficulties of the concrete pumping unit control, such as the poor reliability of cylinder reversing, the severe shock of hydraulic system, and the low efficiency of pumping unit, taking the control of pumping unit as the research object, an integrated redundancy control method for pumping system was proposed by further research of the related transfer function model and state space description model: using the unique method of signal acquisition, the connected cavity’〖KG-*3〗s volume of the hydraulic cylinders was precise adjusted through the closedloop control of controller, therefore all the above difficulties were resolved. The optimal control law for tandem synchronous system was discussed, and the practical strategy related to the synchronous operation of central controller was also studied. The dynamic VR model of the pump unit and the Simulink model of the pumping system were established, which contained a powerful logic control model based on StateFlow modeling techniques. Based on the unified MATLAB platform, the necessary operation simulation was carried out to verify the feasibility of the control method. The technical superiority of the integrated control scheme was also verified under practical conditions.
