    摘要:

    针对泵送技术中的油缸换向可靠性差、液压系统换向冲击大、泵送效率低等技术难点,以泵送单元的控制为研究对象,通过对相关传递函数模型、状态空间描述模型的深入分析,提出一种泵送系统集成冗余控制方法:采用独特的信号采集方式,通过控制器闭环实时调整泵送系统的串联油缸同步状态,一体化解决上述泵送系统控制的技术难点。还探讨了这种串联油缸实时同步控制的控制律及实用的中央控制器运算策略,建立了VR泵送单元三维动态可视化模型及Simulink泵送单元动态系统模型,而其中的串缸同步补泄油逻辑控制模型,还利用StateFlow状态流建模技术。基于统一的MATLAB软件平台,对该控制方法进行必要的仿真,以验证该方法的可行性,并在实际工况下验证了该控制方法的技术优势。

    Abstract:

    Focusing on technical difficulties of the concrete pumping unit control, such as the poor reliability of cylinder reversing, the severe shock of hydraulic system, and the low efficiency of pumping unit, taking the control of pumping unit as the research object, an integrated redundancy control method for pumping system was proposed by further research of the related transfer function model and state space description model: using the unique method of signal acquisition, the connected cavity’〖KG-*3〗s volume of the hydraulic cylinders was precise adjusted through the closedloop control of controller, therefore all the above difficulties were resolved. The optimal control law for tandem synchronous system was discussed, and the practical strategy related to the synchronous operation of central controller was also studied. The dynamic VR model of the pump unit and the Simulink model of the pumping system were established, which contained a powerful logic control model based on StateFlow modeling techniques. Based on the unified MATLAB platform, the necessary operation simulation was carried out to verify the feasibility of the control method. The technical superiority of the integrated control scheme was also verified under practical conditions.
