Abstract:The TP1700 transportor uses 4 independently driving system, aiming at the problem of high precision synchronization system, by the theory analysis and simulation, a synchronization control method is presented which uses the pressure and speed signal. By the rule of the hydraulic transmission system, it was simplified to the displacement varying mechanism and pump controlled motor system. Based on a signal from one transporter, the pump displacement of others were adjusted, according to the characteristic of system structure, it could meet the requirement of the speed synchronization control method or pressure synchronization control method from the different transporters. The modeling and simulation of the system was carried out by using AMESim software, and through the comparison results between simulation and test date that the simulation model was accurate and the system principle was correct. The simulation and practical use results show that the synchronization control method which uses pressure and speed signal can effectively guarantee the synchronization of system.
