    摘要:

    针对圆筒式均匀间隙磁流变传动装置间隙内磁场强度不均匀的问题,提出将磁流变传动装置的均匀间隙改进为楔形间隙,设计出了圆筒式楔形间隙磁流变传动装置,推导了圆筒式楔形间隙磁流变传动装置的理论转矩公式,进行了磁场有限元模拟仿真,对比了均匀间隙与楔形间隙的差异,并分析讨论了楔角角度和间隙宽度对工作间隙的磁感应强度分布均匀性和输出转矩的影响,结果表明:在其他条件不变的情况下,当楔角角度为1074°左右时,其工作间隙的磁感应强度分布最均匀;同时,楔角角度越小,输出转矩越大,均匀间隙的输出转矩最大。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the uneven problem of the drum type magnetorheological transmission device with uniform gap magnetic field strength, a uniform gap magnetorheological transmission device is put forward and improved to design a wedge gap, cylindrical wedge gap magnetorheological transmission device, and deduced the theoretical torque formula of cylindrical wedge gap magnetorheological transmission device. The magnetic field was simulated with finite element (FE), comparison between uniform gap and wedge gap was made, and analyzed the influence of wedge angle and the width of the gap magnetic induction intensity on gap distribution uniformity and the output torque. The discussion results show that when the other conditions remain unchanged, when the wedge angle is about 1074 degrees, the magnetic induction intensity in the working gap has the most uniform distribution. At the same time, the wedge angle is smaller, the output torque is large, and uniform gap has maximum output torque.
