    摘要:

    牙科CT在拍摄X片时,牙科CT转台需要频繁启停。为了实现电机启停平稳、无冲击,通过对各种加减速算法的了解,提出一种新型的5段S形加减速算法,并将此算法应用到牙科CT机转台中。通过对加减速算法分析,简化了加减速算法,并仿真验证了该算法的正确性。通过对该算法和传统S形加减速算法进行对比试验,证明该算法不仅可以实现速度的高度平滑,而且转台运转时振荡很小。

    Abstract:

    When dental CT is used to take X films, the turntable of dental CT needs to be frequently started and stopped.In order to achieve smooth starting and stopping of the motor, no impact, through understanding various acceleration and deceleration algorithms, a new 5segment Stype acceleration and deceleration algorithm was put forward. This algorithm was applied to the turntable of dental CT machine. Through the analysis of acceleration and deceleration algorithms, the acceleration and deceleration algorithm was simplified, and the correctness of the algorithm was verified by simulation. The comparison experiment between the designed algorithm and the traditional algorithm was carried out. It is proved that the designed algorithm can not only achieve a highly smooth speed, but also has a small vibration when running.
