    摘要:

    为了解决薄板金相试样手工磨抛后端面平面度差的问题,设计一种新型的手持式磨抛夹具。通过薄板金相试样加工工艺分析,制定手持式磨抛夹具的结构方案,设计夹具的定位装置、夹紧装置和调节装置等关键结构,并利用有限元法评估试样和夹具在临界夹持力和磨抛力作用下的几何变形和应力状态。磨抛实验结果表明:该夹具能够使试样端面平面度控制在20 μm左右,比手工磨抛的平面度提高了75%。上述研究为薄板类金相磨抛或性能测试夹具设计提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of poor flatness of the face after manual grinding and polishing of the sheet metallographic specimen, a new type of handheld grinding and polishing fixture was designed. Through analyzing the processing technology of the sheet metallographic specimens, the structural composition plan of the handheld grinding and polishing fixture was formulated.Then the key structures such as the positioning device, clamping device and adjusting device of the fixture were designed. And the geometric deformation and stress distribution of the specimen under the critical clamping force and grinding throwing force were analyzed through the finite element method.Grinding and polishing experiments show that the fixture can control the flatness of the polished surface of the specimen to about 20 μm, which is 75% higher than the flatness of the manual polishing.The above research provides a reference for the design of grinding and polishing or performance test fixtures for thin plates.
