    摘要:

    为了研究J55油管径向的抗压承载能力以及施加载荷与截面变形之间的关系,基于轴对称压溃塑性铰模型的基础上,分别给出了接触、弹性小变形、塑性大变形3个阶段径向载荷的理论表达式。对3种规格油管进行了准静态的径向压缩试验,通过观察分析了结构的主要变形失效模式,分析显示对于常规不加厚油管理论与试验吻合较好,在发生相同变形时理论载荷值略小于试验数值。通过不同规格试件试验结果的对比研究表明,径向载荷随管的长度、壁厚、加载速度的增加而增大,总的径向塑性变形能力减弱,在左右两端外侧较早出现断裂而发生强度失效。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the radial compressive loadbearing capacity of J55 tubing and the relationship between the applied load and the cross section deformation, based on the axial symmetric crushing plastic hinge model, the theoretical expressions of three stages of radial load of contact, small elastic deformation and large plastic deformation are given respectively. A quasi static radial compression test for three types of tubing was carried out. The main deformation failure modes of the structure were analyzed with observation.The analysis shows that the theory of the non thickening tubing is in good agreement with the test, and the theoretical load value is slightly less than the test value.The comparison of the test results shows that the radial load increases with the increase of the length of the tube,the thickness of the wall and the loading speed, and the total radial plastic deformation ability is weakened, and the strength failure occurs at early outside cracking of the two ends.
