At present, one of the important reasons for the relative backwardness of the domestic ball screw pair test platform is the lack of theoretical research, especially the serious shortage of the research on the dynamic characteristics of the ball screw pair test platform. Aiming at the existing problems of the test platform, the modal analysis method of the ball screw pair comprehensive test platform using ABAQUS software is presented. The effects of different vibration modes and distribution weights on the test platform were calculated and the results were compared with the test data to verify the correctness of the finite element modal (FEM) analysis method. This explores a new type of die for the test platform of ball screw pair. The model of state analysis has good application value.
