    摘要:

    为了提高自动调平系统的精度和调平效率,设计出一种以伺服电机和PLC控制器为系统主要组成,并采用基于位置控制的快速粗调平结合以角度为被控量的PID自整定的精调平算法,来达到高精度且适用性强的机电式调平系统。通过搭建实验平台和LABVIEW监控结果证明,PID自整定算法可以很好地使用在角度闭环控制中。证明该设计系统能达到高精度和高效率的调平要求,对同类系统的设计具有很好的参考价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the accuracy and leveling efficiency of the automatic leveling system, a system consisting mainly of servo motor and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is designed. Using a algorithm based on position control with fast rough adjustment of leveling and a PID selftuning algorithm with an angle controlled, the high accuracy and applicability of electromechanical leveling systems were achieved.Through experimental setup and LABVIEW monitoring results, PID selftuning algorithm can be well used in angle closedloop control.It is proved that this design system has good reference value and practicality for similar system of achieving highprecision and highefficiency leveling requirements.
