    摘要:

    利用RecurDyn和AMESim仿真软件建立了某型传动系统中液压换挡机构的机械-液压耦合动力学仿真模型,通过试验验证了模型可信度。针对利用Monte Carlo法进行可靠性计算时,求解复杂系统随机动力学计算量过大的问题,基于Isight平台,提出了集成动力学模型+代理模型+Monte Carlo法来进行动作可靠性估计,选取了拟合精度较高的人工神经网络作为代理模型(RBF Model),高效地完成了液压换挡系统随机动力学的仿真求解及动作可靠性估计,为复杂耦合系统动作可靠性评估提供了一定的参考。

    Abstract:

    Using RecurDyn and AMESim simulation software, a mechanicalhydraulic coupled dynamics simulation model of hydraulic shifting mechanism in a certain transmission system is established, and the reliability of the model is verified through experiment. In order to solve the problem of excessive calculation in the complex systems stochastic dynamics while the Monte Carlo method was used for reliability estimation, the method integrated with dynamic model & agent model & Monte Carlo method was proposed to estimate the operation reliability based on Isight platform. The artificial neural network agent model (RBF Model) with higher fitting accuracy was selected and the stochastic dynamics simulation solution and operating reliability estimation of the hydraulic shift system were completed. The results can provide references for evaluating the operational reliability of complex coupled system.
