Abstract:The structure characteristics and working principle of M4 series loadsensing proportional multiway valve are introduced mainly,and the corresponding model of the valve is set up in AMESim software. Through the simulation of its dynamic characteristics, it was known that in the hydraulic system of the single pump loadsensing multiplex valve, when the flow of the system was sufficient, the flow rate of various load joints of multiway valve were not sensitive to the change of the load. When the flow of the system was insufficient, the flow rate of the small load joint of the multiway valve varied little when the load changed, but the large load joint of the mulitiway valve varied greatly when the load changed. In the hydraulic system of the double pump load sensitive multiplex valve, double pumps could work simultaneously when the flow of the system was insufficient, avoiding the lag and stop of the movement of the load associated with the insufficient flow. Through the simulation analysis, the dynamic characteristics of the M4 series loadsensing proportional multiway valve could be understood more deeply, and it could provide the relevant reference for the design and use of the hydraulic system. The AMESim model of M4 series load sensitive proportional multiplex valve has provided a certain reference and practical value for the model establishment, parameter optimization and design and development of other types of load sensitive proportional multiplex valves in the future.
