    摘要:

    外径千分尺的示值检定依然停留在实验室检定阶段,效率较低,结果易受人为因素的影响。为解决这些问题,设计了基于机器视觉的外径千分尺示值检定装置。设计固定结构约束外径千分尺的自由度,保证在检定过程中外径千分尺的稳定性;建立千分尺刻线模板,利用图像法精准地完成千分尺的定位;并设计旋转夹具实现了对千分尺的微分筒的自动装夹,带动千分尺移动;设计视觉系统完成了千分尺示值面的采集和刻度的读取。该装置的应用可以降低人工误差,提高千分尺示值的检定效率和检定结果的公信力。

    Abstract:

    The verification of external diameter micrometer is still in the stage of laboratory verification.The detection efficiency is low and the measurement result is easily affected by human factors. In order to solve these problems, indication verification device for external diameter micrometer based on machine vision is designed. The free degrees of external diameter micrometer were restricted by the fixed structure to ensure the stability of micrometer in the process of verification. The micrometer line template was established and the micrometer positioning was accomplished accurately by using the image method. The automatic clamping of the external diameter micrometers microdrum was realized by the rotary fixture and the movement of the micrometer was driven by it. The collection of the External Diameter Micrometer indication surface and the reading of the scale was completed by the vision system.The device is applied to reduce the manual error and to improve the verification efficiency of micrometer and the credibility of the verification results.
