The hard alloy wearresistant cover plate can effectively solve this problem. Cemented carbide material has high hardness, high strength, high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, difficult to machine. Carbide green machining technology was used. According to the characteristics of the cover plate, a reasonable production process was formulated to complete the machining of the hard alloy cover plate. The manufactured cemented carbide cover plate has greatly improved the service life of the cover plate. The easywearing cover plate becomes a part that is difficult to be replaced, thus the problem of scrapping the cover plate is solved.
