    摘要:

    井下随钻仪器内部搭载测量近钻头的地质参数、轨迹参数等传感器,一般都是靠盖板结构保护内部电器元件。普通的不锈钢盖板不耐磨,用时很短就报废了,一般采用在盖板上激光熔覆耐磨层的方法提高耐磨性。但是,由于井底工况复杂,盖板上激光熔覆耐磨层尽管能提高一些使用寿命,但是需要不止一次地在盖板上追加激光熔覆耐磨层,消耗成本很高。研制的硬质合金耐磨盖板能有效解决这个问题。硬质合金材料具有高硬度、高强度、高耐磨性、高抗腐蚀性、难加工性。采用硬质合金生坯加工技术,根据盖板的特点,制定合理的生产工艺流程,完成硬质合金盖板的加工。制作的硬质合金盖板的使用寿命得到飞跃式提高,盖板由易磨件变成不易更换件,解决了盖板的报废问题。硬质合金耐磨盖板的推广应用,对提高整体随钻仪器系统的寿命具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    Downhole while drilling instruments are equipped with sensors that measure the geological parameters, trajectory parameters, etc. of the nearbit, and generally rely on the structure of the cover plate to protect internal electrical components. Ordinary stainless steel cover plate is not wearresistant, it is scrapped when it is very short. Generally, the method of laser cladding wearresistant layer on the cover plate improves the wear resistance. However, due to the complex bottomhole working conditions, although the wearresistant layer can increase the service life, the need for more than one time is an additional laser cladding of the wearresistant layer on the cover plate, which consumes a high cost. The hard alloy wearresistant cover plate can effectively solve this problem. Cemented carbide material has high hardness, high strength, high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, difficult to machine. Carbide green machining technology was used. According to the characteristics of the cover plate, a reasonable production process was formulated to complete the machining of the hard alloy cover plate. The manufactured cemented carbide cover plate has greatly improved the service life of the cover plate. The easywearing cover plate becomes a part that is difficult to be replaced, thus the problem of scrapping the cover plate is solved. The promotion and application of cemented carbide wearresistant cover plate is of great significance to improve the life of the overall while drilling instrument system.
