Abstract:Based on the present situation of incomplete function of test instruments in the field of automobile suspension and damping field, a double beam automobile suspension vibration test system for damping test is designed and its overall structure is introduced. The model of 1/4 automobile suspension was established. The principle of semiactive suspension R&D, performance test and typical damper dynamic performance calibration was analyzed. It had the characteristics of small volume, high control precision, rich function and low cost. It can simplify the development process of active and semiactive suspensions, shorten the R&D cycle, and meet the test needs of most automobile suspension tests and damping tests.
