    摘要:

    30°楔形螺纹是在普通60°管螺纹的基础上,对内螺纹的牙型角形状进行改变从而消除螺纹的横向间隙的新型防松螺纹。针对现有仿形刀具加工中存在的刀具磨损和扎刀等现象,巧妙应用了宏程序变量,设计了分层切削的楔形螺纹数控车削加工通用宏程序,实现了应用标准车刀加工不同规格楔形螺纹特征类零件的要求,避免了重复编程,具有效率高、精度高、柔性高的特点。

    Abstract:

    Locking thread with 30° wedge ramp is a new type of anti loosening thread that changes the shape of the tooth profile of the internal thread to eliminate the transverse clearance of the thread on the basis of the ordinary 60° pipe thread. In view of the phenomenon of tool wear and breaking edge in the processing of the existing profiling tool, the macroprogram variable was skillfully applied to design the general macroprogram of the wedgeshaped thread CNC turning of the layered cutting. The request of applying standard lathe tool to cut the different specifications of the wedgeshaped thread characteristic parts is realized, and the repeated programming is avoided. It is high rate, high precision and high flexibility.
