The working characteristics of a company’s 30 t excavator engine and main pump were analyzed. The fuzzy control theory was used to establish the control process model to carry out energysaving optimization design of power matching of the dynamical system. Comparision and verification were made on the 30 t excavator. The experimental results show that the new optimized energysaving power matching system is faster and more stable than the original power matching system in current regulation of solenoid valve of the main pump, and also the vehicle runs more quickly and the overall fuel consumption decreases.
