The effect of cutting parameters on cutting force in high speed milling of titanium alloy TC4 was researched by orthogonal test. The optimization objective was to minimize the cutting force of Yand the maximum material removal rate. The Pareto genetic algorithm based on MATLAB was used to optimize the highspeed milling TC4. The cutting parameters, combined with Pareto’s cutting edge, give an optimized solution set of optimized cutting parameters.
