    摘要:

    重型汽车起重机的变幅系统通常采用两个液压缸共同驱动起重臂,针对变幅过程中存在的同步误差问题,对双液压缸驱动系统进行研究,找出影响变幅系统动态特性的因素。提出一种基于模糊神经PID控制方法,将模糊规则用于神经网络加权系数的选取,以实现不同工况条件下对PID控制参数的实时在线调整。最后,在交叉耦合方法的基础上以液压缸活塞位移和平衡阀进油压力作为指标进行仿真和实验。结果表明此方法可以有效减小同步控制偏差,提高控制精度,解决了传统控制方法鲁棒性差的问题,达到控制要求。

    Abstract:

    In heavy truck crane luffing system, two hydraulic cylinders are usually adopted to drive boom. Aiming at the synchronization error problems existing in the amplitude process, dual cylinder hydraulic drive system was researched, the factors influencing the dynamic characteristics of the luffing system were found out. A fuzzy neural PID control method was present, the neural network weights were selected based on fuzzy rules to realize the realtime adjustment of PID control parameters under different conditions. On the basis of cross coupling method, simulation and experiment were carried out with hydraulic piston displacement and inlet pressure of balancing valve as indexes. The results show that this method can be used to effectively reduce the synchronization control deviation, to improve the control precision. The poor robustness of traditional control method is solved, the control requirement is met.
