Abstract:In heavy truck crane luffing system, two hydraulic cylinders are usually adopted to drive boom. Aiming at the synchronization error problems existing in the amplitude process, dual cylinder hydraulic drive system was researched, the factors influencing the dynamic characteristics of the luffing system were found out. A fuzzy neural PID control method was present, the neural network weights were selected based on fuzzy rules to realize the realtime adjustment of PID control parameters under different conditions. On the basis of cross coupling method, simulation and experiment were carried out with hydraulic piston displacement and inlet pressure of balancing valve as indexes. The results show that this method can be used to effectively reduce the synchronization control deviation, to improve the control precision. The poor robustness of traditional control method is solved, the control requirement is met.
