    摘要:

    在分析现有3D打印机机械结构的基础上,设计一种单极坐标3D打印机并完成样机制作。利用SolidWorks进行单极坐标3D打印机机械结构的设计。经过多次调试、打印试验,总结了影响打印精度的因素及其对模型质量的影响。该3D打印机的机械结构结合了现有直角坐标和极坐标结构的优点,由单旋转轴和一直线运动轴组成,结构更加稳定;与该机械结构相匹配的软件算法中极坐标与笛卡尔坐标的转化只需进行一次,控制程序更加简单。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of analyzing the mechanical structure of the existing 3D printer, a unipolar coordinate 3D printer was designed and the prototype was made. Mechanical structure design was done using SolidWorks platform. After numerous debugging and printing experiments, the factors influencing the printing precision and the effect on model quality were summarized. The mechanical structure of the 3D printer combines the advantages of the existing rectangular coordinate and polar coordinate structure, which is composed of a single rotation axis and a linear motion axis, making the structure more stable. In the software algorithm matching the mechanical structure, the transformation of polar coordinates and cartesian coordinates only needs to be carried out once, control procedures are simpler.
