Abstract:Flameout often occurs when a certain type of crawler loader is turning unilaterally, which greatly affects the working performance of the whole machine. By analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the loadsensitive drive system, it was found that hydraulic fluctuation and power matching between the pump and the engine were the fundamental causes of the fault. To solve this problem, without affecting the efficiency of the engine, a simple and feasible improvement scheme was designed: a suitable damping hole was connected in series between the two load feedback loops of the driving system, so as to solve the power matching between the engine and the hydraulic pump and to reduce the hydraulic fluctuation of the system. Simulation and experimental results show that this method can effectively solve the flameout problem in the steering process of loader, greatly improve the dynamic performance of the system, and the optimization scheme is simple and feasible.
