Abstract:ABAQUS software was used for modeling simulation and modal analysis of bolted joint surface.Pretightening force, connecting unit, binding and other seven models were simulated and analyzed,and the modal experiment of bolt connector was established for experimental research. It can be seen from the verification comparison that each modeling method can be used to simulate the vibration mode and natural frequency of each order mode of bolt joint.They all have their own error and model characteristics, which are applicable to different equipment mechanisms and environments.It is proved that all kinds of modeling methods are accurate and reasonable for the simulation of bolted joint surface, which will provide reference especially in the field of NC tool holder for the selection of the simulation methods of bolted joint surface modeling in the future.
