    摘要:

    充气时间一般按照临界压力分两部分计算,而对于放气时间并没有明确区分。结合某型飞机气压加载试验,采用一般计算公式对机舱充气时间进行计算,用积分方法计算放气时间。利用仿真软件对充、放气时间进行仿真分析,将分析结果与理论计算结果进行对比。结果表明:用积分方法计算放气时间更为合理,同时利用仿真软件完全能够模拟充、放气状态,为今后类似充、放气试验提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The calculation of charging time is generally divided into two parts in accordance with critical pressure,and the releasing time calculation is not distinct. Combining with an aircraft pressure loading test,the charging time of cabin was calculated with general formula and the releasing time was calculated with integral method. The charging and releasing time were analyzed with simulation software,and the results were compared with the theoretical results. The results show that it is more reasonable to use the integral method to calculate the releasing time,and the simulation software can fully simulate the conditions of charging and releasing,which can provide reference for similar tests.
