The fault data of the machining center feed system is analyzed by MTALAB software. The point estimation value and interval estimation value of Mean Time to First Failure (MTTFF) and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) were obtained. The gray clustering method was used to divide the gray level of the reliability index extension interval, and the whitening weight function was established to obtain the level interval weight matrix. Combined with the weights of the two reliability indicators determined by the comparison judgment matrix, a grey cluster comprehensive evaluation model is established, and the reliability level of the feed system of the machining center is evaluated.
