    摘要:

    为了解决生产过程中指示系统LED的在线检测问题,分析了RGB色彩空间和颜色传感器的主要特点,采用TCS34725在RGB色彩空间下对颜色分量进行测量,运用白平衡算法将RGB转换为HSL模型,解决了被测颜色在不同光线下结果有差异的问题。最后,通过对不同距离下的透明物体颜色进行测量,实现了LED颜色分量的检测,可以达到理想的效果。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the online monitoring problem of remote monitoring system LED in railway monitoring equipment, the main features of RGB color space and color sensor were analyzed, TCS34725 was used to measure color components in RGB color space, white balance algorithm was used to convert RGB to HSL,to solve the problem that the measured colors had different results under different lighting conditions. Finally, by measuring the color of transparent objects at different distances, the experimental results show that the errors are small and the color can be measured.
