    摘要:

    随着零件加工精度和效率要求的提升,机床实时状态信息对于加工参数的动态调整有着重要作用。以车间多台华中8型数控机床为监测对象,开展了多机床状态信息监测系统的研究。采用STM32下位机系统作为智能终端,移植TCP/IP协议,实现了机床关键点温度、运动位置、主轴转速及进给速度等信息的采集,并基于CAN总线搭建了多智能终端的信息传输网络,采用C#语言开发了上位机监控系统。实验测试结果表明:该系统工作稳定,可靠性好,具有良好的扩展性,其可有效提高车间机床监控效率,降低运营成本。

    Abstract:

    Along with the improvement of the machining accuracy and efficiency of parts, the realtime status information of machine tools plays an important role in the dynamic adjustment of machining parameters. A multi machine tool status information monitoring system is researched based on several HuaZhong Computer Numerical Control(CNC) HNC8 machine tools. The STMicroelectronics Microcontroller STM32 system was used as the intelligent terminal and the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) was transplanted. The information collection of the key points temperature, motion position, spindle speed and feed speed were realized, and the information transmission network of multi intelligence terminal was built on the basis of Controller Area Network (CAN) bus, and the upper computer monitoring system was developed based on C# language. The experimental results show that the system has stable work, good reliability and good expansibility, which can effectively improve the efficiency of machine tool monitoring and reduce the cost of operation.
