    摘要:

    无凸轮发动机技术具有提高燃料效率、功率输出以及减少内燃机排放等优点。设计一套新型电液无凸轮发动机气门机构(EH-CEVA),利用AMESim和MATLAB联合仿真,研究EH-CEVA的动态特性和操作性能。基于原型测试平台〖JP2〗开展EH-CEVA试验研究,并与仿真结果进行对比分析。结果表明:所建立的AMESim模型可准确模拟EH-CEVA的动态特性,该系统具有良好的响应性和稳定性,能够实现对气门正时、气门升程以及持续期的实时控制,满足发动机工作需要。

    Abstract:

    The camless engine technology has the advantages of improving fuel efficiency, output power and reducing internal combustion engine emissions. For this reason, a new type of electrohydraulic camless engine valve actuator (EH-CEVA) was designed. AMESim & MATLAB cosimulation was used to research the dynamic characteristics and operational performance of the EH-CEVA. Based on the prototype test platform, the EH-CEVA experimental research was carried out, and the test results were compared and analyzed with the simulation results. It is indicated that the AMESim model can accurately simulate the dynamic characteristics of EH-CEVA. The system has good response and stability, and can realize the realtime control of valve timing, valve lift and duration, and meets the engine work needs.
