    摘要:

    为了对天车式半主动钻柱升沉补偿系统样机设计方案进行原理验证,基于SimulationX多学科仿真软件构建了液气回路和多体机械系统联动模型,分别针对被动补偿工况、主被动联合工况和液压介质发生泄漏的工况开展动态响应分析研究。研究表明:该天车式半主动钻柱升沉补偿系统的补偿精度、蓄能器压力波动、被动补偿液压缸结构稳定性达到设计目标和规范的要求。液压介质泄漏量较小时,系统仍能保持补偿功能,符合船级社相关规范的要求。研究结果为我国天车式半主动钻柱升沉补偿系统的研制提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to verify the principle of the prototype design plan of the crown mounted semiactive drill string heave compensation system, cosimulation models of the pneumatichydraulic circuit and multibody mechanical system were built based on the multidisciplinary simulation software SimulationX. The dynamic response analysis was carried out for the compensation system under three working conditions of passive heave compensation mode, active heave compensation mode, and hydraulic medium leaking mode. Simulating results show that the compensation accuracy, pressure fluctuation of the accumulator and hydraulic cylinder structure stability of the crown mounted semiactive compensation drill string heave system achieve the design goal and meet the standards requirements. The system can maintain compensation function at a small amount of hydraulic medium leakage and meet the requirements of related rules of classification society. The simulation and analysis results provide reference for development of the crown mounted semiactive drill string heave compensation system in our country.
