    摘要:

    为了验证二级喷嘴挡板式伺服阀故障模拟是否接近实际情况,基于电液比例伺服液压实验台进行伺服阀故障实测。按照实测条件设计实验台,由于实测设备不够齐全,主要是对南京机电液压工程研究中心研制的FF102二级喷嘴挡板式伺服阀作了2种故障实测与分析。在实验台上设置好相关故障参数,即得出伺服阀的故障测试曲线。通过对比分析了故障测试曲线与故障模拟曲线走向趋势基本上是相仿的,表明仿真软件可模拟二级喷嘴挡板式伺服阀故障,实验证明了该故障模拟的科学性。

    Abstract:

    In order to verify whether the faults simulation of the two stages nozzle flapper servo valve are close to the actual situation, servo valve’s faults measurement are based on electro-hydraulic proportional servo hydraulic test bench. According to the actual test’s conditions, the experimental test bench is designed. Due to the lack of complete measuring equipment, the two kinds of faults measurement of one developed FF102 two stages nozzle flapper servo valve developed were measured and analyzed. The related faults parameters were set on the test bench, that is, the faults test curves of the servo valve were obtained. Through the comparison and analysis, the faults test curves were similar to the trend of the faults simulation curves. It shows that the simulation software can simulate the faults of the two stages nozzle flapper servo valve, and the experiment proves the scientificalness of the faults simulation.
