    摘要:

    针对目前市面上串联式书法机器人体积大,动作灵活性差、运行速度慢以及成本高等缺陷,研究一种基于Delta机器人的并联式书法机器人。该书法机器人将Delta作为机器人本体,使得书法机器人体积小巧,运动快速灵活,准确度更高。该机器人的毛笔夹持机构和纸张输送机构可实现自动换笔和输送纸张,提高了自动化程度。利用Inscape软件将所需要书写的汉字转换成相应的坐标代码,机器人读取坐标代码,通过基于单片机的控制系统驱动机器人进行书写,降低了工作量,提高了书写效率。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the defects of large tandem calligraphy robots on the market, such as large volume, poor movement flexibility,〖JP〗 slow running speed and high cost, a parallel type calligraphy robot based on Delta robot is studied. The Delta was used for the calligraphy robot as its robot body, making it small in size, fast and flexible, and more accurate. The brush holding mechanism and the paper conveying mechanism could be used to automatically change the pen and convey the paper, which improved the degree of automation. Inscape software was used to convert the Chinese characters that need to be written into corresponding coordinate codes. The robot drives the robot to write through the control system based on the singlechip microcomputer by reading the coordinate code, which reduces the workload and improves the writing efficiency.
