    摘要:

    针对目前滚动直线导轨副垂直、倾斜、俯仰静刚度测量效率和精度难以兼顾的现状,提出一种效率高且准确性高,一次操作就可测量出导轨副垂直、倾斜、俯仰3种静刚度的测量方法并设计了测量装置。该测量方法首先进行干扰项隔离,将垂直、倾斜静刚度的测量与俯仰静刚度隔离开,进而运用参数分离技术将加载力及导轨副变形量等效分解到垂直、倾斜、俯仰方向,实现3种静刚度的高效高精测量。结果表明:该装置及方法能够有效提高导轨副静刚度测量效率及精度,与现有成熟技术相比,效率提升81%,所测垂直、倾斜、俯仰静刚度精度分别提升5.1%、5.4%、6.6%,可为滚动直线导轨副静刚度测评效率的提升及其高刚性设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the phenomenon that the measurement efficiency and accuracy of the radial, roll angular and pitch angular stiffness of rolling linear guide pair were hard to balance,a measurement method with high efficiency and high accuracy was proposed, by which radial stiffness, roll angular stiffness and pitch angular stiffness of the guide rail could be accurately measured through one operation and the device was designed.Using this method, first the disturbance term was isolated and the measurement of the radial and roll angular static stiffness was separated from the pitch angular static stiffness, and then the loading force and the deformation of the guide rail pair were decomposed into the vertical, inclined and pitching directions by using the parameter separation technique. Finally the highefficiency and highprecision measurement of the three static stiffness was realized.The results show that by using the device and method, the efficiency and accuracy of the static stiffness measurement of the guide rail can be effectively improved.Compared with the existing mature technology, the efficiency is raised by 81%. The accuracy of radial, roll angular and pitch angular stiffness is raised by 17%, 17.6%, 18.9% respectively. It provides reference for improving the efficiency of static stiffness evaluation of rolling linear guide pair and the development of high rigidity design.
