    摘要:

    针对单阳极导杆钢爪工况检测中附着物及弯曲变形这两个难题,提出一种基于机器视觉的单阳极导杆钢爪工况检测方案。该方案使用两个相机从不同的工位进行拍照,然后通过中值滤波和图像分割技术对采集的单阳极导杆钢爪图像进行预处理,最后根据制定的爪头形变超限的图像检测判据来判断待检测钢爪是否满足正常工作的要求。测试结果表明:该方案能够有效地对单阳极导杆钢爪工况进行检测,在保证较高检测精度的同时检测效率也有了较大的提升。

    Abstract:

    In view of the two testing problems of the attachment and bending deformation of the single anode guide rod claw head, a method based on machine vision technology was proposed to detect the working condition of the steel claw of the single anode guide rod. In the scheme, two cameras were used to take pictures from different stations, then the image of the single anode pole steel claw was preprocessed through median filtering and image segmentation technology; finally, an image detection criterion based on the deformation of the claw head was developed to judge whether the steel claw to meet the requirements of normal work.The practical experiments show that the scheme can be used to detect the working condition of the single anode guide rod steel claw effectively, and the detection efficiency is greatly improved while the detection accuracy is high.
