Tanklocking device is an important protection device for safe and reliable operation of super deep and super large mine hoisting system. It can prevent large vibration of lifting vessel in super deep and super large mine. In order to ensure the stability and safety of the lifting vessel during loading and unloading of large tonnage heavy objects, the hydraulic system of the tank locking device was designed. The hydraulic system mainly relied on two lifting oil cylinders of single side device to flexibly compensate the wire rope shape variable. The system was modeled by AMESim and the operating conditions of the lifting cylinder were simulated and analyzed. The operating speed and pressure change curves of the lifting cylinder were obtained. The results show that the whole hydraulic system can run safely and stably, and the compensation speed of the tank stabilizer can meet the requirements of the lifting condition.
