    摘要:

    为解决内蒙赤大白运输段因冬季频繁积雪而导致线路中断的实际问题,设计与研究了一种轨道除雪车。在理论分析轨道除雪车行驶液压系统总体方案的基础上,对轨道除雪车行驶液压系统进行了设计。根据轨道除雪车的性能指标,完成了轨道除雪车行驶液压系统主要元件的参数设计。运用液压数值分析软件AMESim对轨道除雪车行驶驱动液压系统进行了数值分析,数值分析曲线直观地显示了行驶变量泵、变量马达和补油泵的流量、转速的变化。对比仿真参数值和数值计算结果,两者最大相对误差的绝对值小于2%。经过现场测试表明:轨道除雪车行驶驱动液压系统性能稳定,轨道除雪车能正常稳定地工作,满足轨道除雪车工作指标。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the practical problem of the interruption of lines due to frequent snow in winter in a transport section, a track snow removal vehicle is designed and researched. On the basis of theoretical analysis of the general scheme of the hydraulic system in addition to snowmobile, the hydraulic system of track snow removal vehicle was designed. According to the performance index of track snow removal vehicle, the parameters of main components of the hydraulic system of track snow removal vehicle were designed. Using hydraulic numerical analysis software AMESim, the driving hydraulic system of track snow removal vehicle was numerically analyzed. The changes of flow and speed of the driving variable pump, variable motor and oil supplement pump were shown intuitively by the numerical analysis curve. Comparing the simulation parameters and numerical results, the absolute value of maximum relative error of the two was less than 2%. The field test shows that the driving hydraulic system of the track snow vehicle removal is stable, the track snow removal vehicle can work well and can meet the target of the track snow removal vehicle.
