    摘要:

    利用功率键合图法构建数控切削系统动态模型,并对其动态特性进行分析。基于MATLAB进行仿真,根据仿真结果分析影响系统动态性能的关键因素,得到电机电流与切削力、电机电流与进给速度间变化关系;以及加工刀具与工件间摩擦、机床导轨摩擦、负载等参数对机床动态性能的影响,为数控切削系统参数的合理选择和系统优化设计提供参考。最后通过加工凸轮切削力实验,验证所建立的数控系统动态模型的准确性和方法的可行性。

    Abstract:

    The dynamic model of the CNC cutting system was constructed by using the power bond graph method,and its dynamic characteristics were analyzed.〖KG-*3〗Based on MATLAB simulation,the key factors affecting the dynamic performance of the system were analyzed according to the simulation results.〖KG-*3〗The relationship between the motor current and the cutting force,the motor current and the feed rate was obtained.〖KG-*3〗The friction between the machining tool and the workpiece,the friction of the machine guide rail and the load were calculated.〖KG-*3〗The influence of the dynamic performance of the machine tool provides reference for the rational selection of the parameters of the CNC cutting system and the system optimization design.〖KG-*3〗Finally,the cam cutting force experiment was carried out to verify the accuracy of the established dynamic model of the CNC system and the feasibility of the method.
