    摘要:

    为实现对导轨型面的快速自动化测量,研究一种基于激光三角位移传感器测距的检测方法,提出离散性测量滚动直线导轨副导轨型面精度的测量方法。该方法通过激光三角位移传感器扫描直线导轨各个截面轮廓,设计相应算法对截面轮廓数据进行处理,并分析补偿测量过程中产生的误差,计算导轨截面轮廓滚道的圆心坐标和半径,以此取得直线导轨滚道半径、滚道中心轴线间的距离及滚道中心轴线相对导轨基准面的平行度。最后设计了标准圆棒的测量试验和直线导轨横截面测量试验,对比分析测量结果,验证直线导轨型面精度检测方案的可行性和稳定性。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the rapid automatic measurement of the linear guide, a method for discrete measuring the profile accuracy of the linear guide, which was based on the laser triangular displacement sensor, was proposed. In this method, the laser triangular displacement sensor was used to scan the profile of each section of the linear guide rail, then corresponding algorithm was designed to process the data of each section contour and the error generated during the measurement process was calibrated. After that,the contour of the guide section was transformed into the center coordinates and radius of the circle which was used to get linear guide raceway radius, distance between the central axis of the raceway and parallelism of the central axis of the raceway with respect to the reference plane of the linear guide. Finally, the feasibility and stability of the measuring method was validated by designing a standard round bar measurement test and linear guide crosssection measurement test.
