    摘要:

    随着旋转机械朝着高转速、高功重(推重)比方向发展,滚动轴承作为旋转机械的关键部件,其打滑行为已成为早期失效主要形式,严重影响旋转机械装备的使用性能和服役寿命,因此滚动轴承打滑一直是相关学者研究热点。从打滑行为、打滑蹭伤失效分析两个方面概述国内外滚动轴承打滑试验研究进展,着重讨论轴承打滑率和打滑的影响因素,阐述滚动轴承打滑的影响规律,并探讨以后的可能发展方向。

    Abstract:

    Rolling bearing is a key component of rotating machinery, with the trend of rotating machinery towards to higher speed and big thrust weight ratio. Bearing skidding has become an important form of early failure that seriously affects the service performance and life of rotating machinery equipment. Therefore bearing skidding has always been a hot issue for related scholars. From the aspects of skidding behavior and failure analysis of skidding damage, the research progress on rolling bearing skid tests were summarized.Furthermore, the influence factors of bearing skidding rate and skidding were discussed emphatically.Then, the influence law of bearing skidding was analyzed, and the development future of bearing skidding research was prospected.
