    摘要:

    提出一种基于LabVIEW与PLC联合控制并运用伺服电机驱动减振器试验台的、实现速度和周期可控的、高精度的减振器性能试验台电伺服正弦激振系统。根据《汽车筒式减振器台架试验方法》确定伺服电机驱动曲柄连杆机构的正弦激振方案,再根据激振要求进行了动力匹配计算和伺服电机、减速器传动比的选择,最后利用上位机LabVIEW和下位机PLC联合编程,采用速度标定和三周期单工况实验两种方法,实现并验证了正弦激振下速度和周期的精确控制。

    Abstract:

    An electrical servo sinusoidal vibration system of performance test bench is presented for shock absorber which based on the combined control of LabVIEW and Programmable Logical Controller (PLC), then used the servo motor to drive vibration damper test platform, at last realized the controllable of speed and cycle. First of all, according to the《Test method of the automobile cylinder damper platform》to determination the sinusoidal excitation scheme of crank linkage mechanism, then according to the requirements of excitation,the dynamic matching calculation and hardware selection were carried out. At last, the upper computer LabVIEW and lower computer PLC were united and used to programming. The speed calibration and experiment of three cycles are adopted to realize and verify the accurate control of velocity and period under sinusoidal excitation.
