    摘要:

    随着我国制造业的快速发展,传统的检测方法已经不能满足市场的需要。机器视觉在轴承检测中发挥着不可估量的作用,它具有非接触性、精确性、客观性、重复性、实时性及自动化等优点,有着广阔的应用前景和研究价值。在阅读大量文献的基础上,从尺寸检测、表面缺陷检测、图像处理3个方面着手,对前人的研究进行归纳总结,综合性地阐述了机器视觉在轴承检测中的研究现状及发展趋势,可为后期的相关研究提供参考。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of modern manufacturing, traditional testing methods have been unable to meet the needs 〖JP2〗of the market. Machine vision plays an invaluable role in bearing inspection. It has the advantages of non-contact, accuracy, objectivity〖JP〗, repeatability, real-time and automation, and has broad application prospects and research value. On the basis of reading a large number of documents, starting from three aspects of size detection, surface defect detection and image processing, the research of predecessors is summarized, and the research status and development trend of machine vision are expounded comprehensively in bearing detection, which can provide reference for relevant research in the later stage.
