    摘要:

    国内医疗、生化领域中使用的微量泵都是进口国外的,其技术被国外垄断。为了解决该难题,设计了一种主要应用于体外诊断分析仪的微量泵。采用了步进电机控制三位四通阀的创新设计,从而大大提高了微量泵的精度,并且对微量泵的各个模块在Solidworks软件中进行结构仿真设计,通过ADAMS软件进行了整体运动模块的性能分析,验证了微量泵的性能合理,并且计算了微量泵的进样精度和进样量。经计算分析表明:此结构设计精度高,简化了体外诊断分析仪的液路系统。

    Abstract:

    Micro-pump used in domestic medical and biochemical field relies on import and the technique is monopolized. In order to solve this problem, a micropump which is mainly used in invitro diagnostic analyzer is designed. The innovative design of threeposition fourway valve controlled by stepping motor was adopted, which greatly improved the precision of micropump. And the structure simulated design of each module of micropump in Solidworks software was carried out. The performance of the whole motion module was analyzed by ADAMS software, and the rational performance of the micropump was verified. The injection accuracy and injection volume of the micropump were also calculated. The computed analysis show that his structure design has high precision, which simplifies the fluid system of the in vitro diagnostic analyzer, and provides a theoretical basis and reference value for the medical industry.
