某风洞柔壁喷管联动控制方法改进

    摘要:

    为解决某风洞柔壁喷管入口滑槽处在成型、回零过程中出现的卡阻问题,针对现有联动控制方法的不足进行了改进,提出在联动控制方法中引入单节点随动控制方案。通过在卡阻节点支路上加装2只电磁换向阀,根据不同工况编制电磁铁动作顺序表,使电磁换向阀按电磁铁动作顺序表进行工作,即可实现联动控制中单节点随动的目标,进而解决卡阻问题。结果表明:改进后的联动控制方法能有效解决卡阻现象,为风洞柔壁喷管联动控制方案的优化设计提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    The phenomenon of jamming occurs in the inlet sliding slot of a wind tunnel flexible nozzle in the process of forming and zero returning. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing linkage control method, a single node servo control scheme is proposed in the linkage control method to solve this problem. Two solenoid reversing valves were installed in the node branch and the electromagnet action sequence table was compiled according to different working conditions. Thus the aim of single node follow-up was achieved in linkage control, with two solenoid reversing valves working from the table to solve the jamming problem. Results show that the linkage control improvement method can efficiently solve the jam problem, and this method can provide reference for the optimal design of wind tunnel flexible nozzle in linkage control.
