Abstract:Based on mirror milling system as the research object, in order to get the skin parts point coordinates which clamped in the mirror milling system, the online measurement hardware platform of mirror milling system is built. Based on the mirror milling system of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) system, the CNC system embedded measurement software human-machine interface (HMI) was developed, and the integrated manufacture of the complex free surface aircraft skin was realized. The manufacturing method of skin parts on-machine measurement can reduce the time consumption and error introduction of repeated clamping positioning, and improve the machining precision and detection efficiency of free surface skin parts. Therefore, it is of quite high practical engineering application value to develop the design of the on-machine measurement of the aircraft skin parts on the mirror milling system proposed.
