Abstract:It analyzes the speed-load characteristic of entrance throttle governing, and puts forward a method based on fuzzy Proportion Integral (PI) control strategy to improve the speed response of hydraulic cylinder. Firstly, the dynamic model of entrance throttle governing was established, then the displacement of hydraulic cylinder was measured by optical grating, and calculated the corresponding speed. Then compared the calculated speed with the given speed, the control strategy was determined. The simulation and experimental results show that the fuzzy PI control can improve the speed response of hydraulic cylinder compared with the linear change of throttle opening.
