    摘要:

    为了将抽象的声场传播变成可见的图像,更有利于探伤人员准确的定位缺陷的位置和大小。主要针对超声在材料中的传播进行研究,根据经典波动方程,研究超声在材料中传播的原理,并利用原理对超声波的横波纵波进行解释。在探究超声探伤成像方法上,使用有限元软件PZFlex基于时域/瞬态分析方法对其进行谐响应分析,建立出对应的超声探伤的数学模型。再根据所建立的模型,进行超声在材料中的仿真研究。最后,通过具体的超声探伤实验来证明仿真模型对缺陷的位置与大小定位的准确性。

    Abstract:

    The abstract sound field is converted into visible image during this process which is helpful for the personnel to locate the position and size of the fault. This paper mainly focuses on the study of the spread of ultrasound in the material. It also explores the principles of ultrasonic propagation in the material according to the classical wave equation and uses the principles to interpret longitudinal transverse wave of ultrasonic. Firstly, the paper probes into the imaging method of ultrasonic flaw detection. Based on the time domain/transient analysis method, the analysis of harmonic response is made and the mathematical model of ultrasonic flaw detection is established by using the finite element software PZFlex. Then based on the established model, the simulation of ultrasonic in the material is studied. Finally, the position and size of the defects can be accurately determined by the specific ultrasonic testing experiments.
