      以某汽车发动机缸体多孔加工为研究对象,在分析加工要求及现有生产线存在的问题的基础上,针对其不足,采用工序集中原则,选择设计专用机床及工艺,提出了一次装夹双面多轴同时加工的工艺方案;根据工艺方案确定了专用机床床身中间设置专用夹具、前端设置辅助上下料工位、左右两端各设置一个多轴专用主轴箱的布局方案;根据加工姿态要求,设计了专用夹具定位夹紧方案及其整体结构,并详细阐述了其工作原理;实际生产表明:采用此工艺及装备后,单台设备实际年生产纲领由5万件左右提升至33万件左右,合格率由90%左右提升至99.9%以上,各项指标均达到企业生产需要。
英文摘要:
      A certain automobile engine block is taken as a research object. Based on the analysis of processing requirements and existing problems in production lines, special machine tools and processes are selected and designed. A process plan for one time clamping double sided multi axis simultaneous machining is presented by adoption of the principle of process concentration. The layout scheme was determined according to the process plan. The layout plan is that the special fixture is set in the middle of the special machine bed, the auxiliary loading and unloading station is set at the front of the machine, and a multi axis special spindle box is set at the left and right ends of the machine. According to the requirements of the processing attitude, a special clamp positioning and clamping scheme and its overall structure are designed, and its working principle is elaborated in detail. The actual production shows: after adopting this technology and equipment, the actual annual production schedule of a single device has increased from about 50 000 to about 330 000, and the qualification rate has increased from about 90% to more than 99.9%. All the indicators have reached the production needs of enterprises.
